Artists Comment
I am an artist, a chronicler of life, and an educator. The majority of my
artwork is done on location as creative response to, and as visual record of,
life being lived. Casual observers at area proprietorships and community events
find me filling sketchbooks with drawings and paintings. I frequent in the field
sites of natural beauty. My ArtSplot studio was established to show personal,
colleague, and student artwork, to propogate the arts, and to foster appreciation
of creating artwork. Doing art to actively market is a small priority. Creating
artwork and sharing the value of doing art are a great priority.
